Still open shelter for 10 people. Then only a few ladders, especially when descending from the rocky ridge to the top of the rubble valley, where the bivouac Castello or bivouac della Pace (peace). Not in vain. All around the trenches, loopholes and the remains of war barracks. At the bivouac at an altitude of 2800 m.n.m. I'm at 15:00. It is glued to the lower edge of a massive lonely rock cylinder. Castello Bivouac is a relatively large wooden hut, tied with huge ropes to the rock so that it does not fly or go down. Inside there are beds for 4 + 4 people, with foam, functional doors, modern windows with shutters, table, benches. Perhaps fifteen people would fit in an emergency. Another pleasant sitting (mainly due to the view, otherwise it blows quite sharply) is outside the cottage.

Stále otevřené přístřeší pro 10 osob.Pak už jen pár žebříků, ty hlavně při sestupu ze skalnatého hřebene do vršku suťového údolí, kde je bivak Castello neboli bivak della Pace (míru). Ne nadarmo. Všude kolem zákopy, střílny a zbytky válečných baráků. U bivaku ve výšce 2800 m.n.m. jsem v 15:00. Je přilepený ke spodní hraně mohutného osamělého skalního válce. Bivak Castello je poměrně velká dřevěná chata, přivázaná mohutnými lany ke skále asi aby neulétla a nebo se nerozjela dolů. Vevnitř jsou postele pro 4 + 4 lidi, s molitanem, funkční dveře, moderní okna s okenicemi, stůl, lavice. V nouzi by se sem vešlo snad i patnáct lidí. Další příjemné posezení (hlavně díky výhledu, jinak tu dost ostře fouká) je venku před chatou. Podle nápisu na chatě je voda někde deset minut chůze pod chatou. Byla tam opravdu i v tomto suchém létě roku 2003, jen trochu déle trvalo než mi natekla - 1,5 litrová lahev cca za pět minut.
