The ruins of the shepherd's hut on the ridge about halfway down the Jhong valley from the Thorung La saddle, about 3 h before the village of Muktinath. A large plateau with a lee formed by semi-collapsed walls, suitable for pitching about 3 tents, near the first abundant water source from Thorung La. Beautiful morning views of the Dhaulagiri massif.

The property is located right on the trail from Thorung La to Muktinath, from Thorung La it takes about 2 hours to get here.
