Bouda se nachází na zelené značce v oblasti Kriváně mezi Kohútom a Bohúňovom.Pojme asi 10 lidí. Dobrý stav.

Je to priamo na zelenej turistickej značke z Ludrovej na Salatín. Miesto sa volá Kriváň nad Ludrovou, kúsok pod Bohúňovom.
