The shed is wooden and apparently in a state of ongoing construction. It remains to describe the current state(March 2005): ground plan 6 x 4 m. There are window and door openings (without fillers) and a metre of snow in the log ground floor. A ladder leads up to a partial attic with a plank floor and a festoon roof over it, protecting it from precipitation and partly from the wind. I would ask passers-by or overnighters to update the information, thanks.

2017: the walls have collapsed or have been shaved off, only the roof is in place and is leaking from the view.

A short distance from the hut, if you follow the contour path towards the blue marker, you will find a dripping spring, yielding about an mess tin per twenty minutes.

As long as there are no windows and doors, expect the same temperature as outside.

The hut is marked on the tourist map, it stands directly in the Ždiarske sedlo at 1470 m above sea level on the ridge between Andrejová and Bartková with a beautiful south-western view of the Hron valley. Check the map.
