A simple open shelter for about 10 people at the very top of Skorušiná hill, the widest and highest point of the Skorušinské Hills. Right next to it is an iron lookout tower. It is only an emergency, but nothing pleases more than the morning view from the lookout tower on the fantastic panorama of the Western Tatras, Osobitá, Roháče, on the other side Babí Hora, Pilsko, Choč, Malá Fatra.... But you will hardly have that with the downpour, during which you hide in the booth :-).

An unmistakable ridge hike through the Skorušinské vrchy...in winter ideal for cross-country skiing, in summer a classic for chundr. The entire mountain range lies in the shadow of the surrounding giants and is visited almost exclusively by locals.
