Main info
It is an open wooden shelter with a tin roof. One side wall is boarded up (there is usually a woodpile under the roof on the outside), while the other side of the shelter is only partially covered. At the back of the shelter, there is a wide wooden bunk bed along the roof, and inside, under the roof, there is a bench and a table. In front of the shelter is a large fireplace, a bench, and a table.
There is no water near the shelter!

The shelter is located on the inconspicuous Chotá hora hill at the edge of the forest. It stands directly on the yellow tourist trail leading to the ridge of the Strážovské vrchy hills from the village of Liešťany, near the Chotá hora signpost (562 m).
