A tramp cabin near the green tourist trail leading to the ridge of the Strážovské vrchy hills from the village of Chvojnica. A wooden structure with a pitched roof covered with asphalt roofing felt. The building has wooden floors made of OSB boards. On the ground floor, there is a stove with a hob, a table, benches, and two bunk beds. The attic has a flat surface with carpet. The building is equipped with an axe, a saw, and basic kitchenware.

The modified spring is located about 500 m from the shelter, slightly uphill along a forest path to the southwest.

The shelter is located about two-thirds of the way along the green tourist trail Čičermanská dolina - Nad Veľkou Lúkou, along the contour line from the bend in the tourist trail at the intersection of five forest roads. It is hidden on a slope below the trail.
