A very nice and well-preserved shepherd's hut in a massive basin below Krížna and Frčkov. It consists of one room measuring about 6 x 4 m, above it there is a loft of the same size accessible from the inside. Richly equipped. The shepherd's hut reminds me a bit of the well-known shepherd's hut Pod Suchým, only it seems a bit bigger and better preserved.
I was there in winter, so there was only snow everywhere, but I assume that somewhere nearby there used to be a watering hole for cattle and therefore a spring or watercourse. About 300 m east, a stream flows from below Krížna.
At any time, due to the fact that it is probably the most remote shepherd's hut in Veľká Fatra.
As I wrote, it is a very remote place, it is terribly far from Gader, from the main ridge it is very deep and nobody wants to meet. I don't know the approach, we came across it ourselves from the ridge - the shepherd's hut is visible for a long time from the ridge between Frčkov and Krížna. GPS is accurate.
